I’ve just finished sorting through my pictures from Trax at Silverstone on Sunday… Pretty pleased with them, although I think we missed out on quite a bit of the show- there was a lot to see in one day!

Funeral for a Friend on the Main Stage at Reading festival- the last of my Reading Festival pictures- hope you’ve enjoyed them!
Here’s some of my crowd-shots of Sonic Boom Six opening Reading Festival 2009 on the main stage! Brilliant performance, and no sound problems here! This performance was the day after the gig in the post below.
Some of the pictures aren’t focused or composed quite as well as they could have been, but I don’t have the luxury of press-accreditation, so I was shooting from the hustle and bustle in the audience 
These pictures are from Sonic Boom Six’s warm-up gig for their performances at Reading and Leeds festivals; from the Lounge Bar in Alton on 27th August 2009. Support was from Darko, The White Coats and Overthrow.
Considering this is only the third gig I’ve ever photographed and it was very dark I’m pretty happy with the results (even if they are a little noisy), let me know what you think!!

If you’ve never heard of Reuben you should give them a listen! They’re in my opinion one of the best bands in the country, who unfortunately decided to put things on hold, with an “indefinite Hiatus” in June last year. A b-sides and rarities album had always been on the cards; released on the 31st of August, fans will be able to have an almost complete collection of everything Reuben, along with their three albums: Racecar is Racecar Backwards, Very Fast Very Dangerous and In Nothing We Trust.
My CD arrived a few days ago, and it’s fantastic- there’s a few songs I’ve not heard before, and quite a few I know rather well, it’s a fantastic collection, and hasn’t left my CD player since it arrived!
This special box set features rarities and material that has never been released before spread across 2 CDs and a DVD. The track listing and artwork has been carefully put together by Reuben and Xtra Mile for this release.
